Practice ManagerCasey Smith is the Practice Manager at Kyle Veterinary Hospital, bringing several years of veterinary management experience to the clinic. She attended college in Indiana before returning to her hometown of Middletown, Ohio, where she resides with her husband, son, and three cats—Tucker, Jinxy, and Smokey. In her free time, Casey enjoys boating, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
Karyn Blackstone
Assistant Practice ManagerKaryn Blackstone is the dedicated Assistant Practice Manager at Kyle Veterinary Hospital, bringing 16 years of experience and expertise to her role. Her leadership and passion for animal care help create a welcoming, efficient environment for clients and their pets.
Outside of work, Karyn enjoys camping, running, and spending time outdoors. She shares her life with her spouse and their beloved dachshunds, Homer and Tucker. Karyn’s commitment to animal care and her love of adventure make her a valued member of the Kyle Veterinary Hospital community.
Liberty
Clinic DirectorMeet Liberty, our beloved clinic cat at Kyle Veterinary Hospital! Liberty joined our team after retiring from a successful career in pest control on the streets of Cincinnati, Ohio. Since her rescue, she has proudly worked her way up to Clinic Director, where she oversees daily operations (mostly from a sunny window perch).
When you’re visiting with your furry companions, feel free to ask to say hello—Liberty is always accepting admirers. In her spare time, she enjoys bird-watching through the windows, playing with her favorite toys, and expertly convincing staff that she hasn’t eaten in days, all in hopes of securing extra treats from anyone willing to fall for it.
Adrianna
CSRAdrianna is currently in school working toward her goal of becoming a veterinarian one day. She loves working at Kyle Veterinary Hospital, where she gains hands-on experience caring for and loving on the animals.
Jennifer
CSR / Kennel TechnicianJennifer is a CSR and kennel technician with over 10 years of experience in the veterinary field. She lives on the west side of Cincinnati with her husband and their three cats—Jaxon, Tonks, and Nova—and also cares for several neighborhood cats.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys playing cozy games, learning new things, and volunteering her time with Fernside.
Becky
CSRBecky enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Dave, and their two dogs - Birdie and Bruno. She also has a 23-year-old daughter currently attending physical therapy school in Denver.
In her free time, Becky loves being outdoors, especially in the mountains, and enjoys hiking and live music.
Jamie
ReceptionistJamie is one of the friendly faces who greets clients at the front desk. With many years of experience at the hospital, she brings both knowledge and a calming presence to the fast-paced environment, helping pets and their owners feel at ease.
A devoted animal lover, Jamie has three dogs—Lexie, River, and Bowie. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Rick, and being outdoors, especially boating and hiking.

Veterinary ReceptionistKatie is a welcoming veterinary receptionist known for her professional efficiency and compassionate approach. She helps ensure clients and their pets feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
When she’s not at work, Katie enjoys spending time with her Boston Terrier, Squirrel, traveling to new places, and going on motorcycle rides with her boyfriend.

CSRWith a lifelong passion for animal welfare, Makenzi is often the first smiling face you’ll see at Kyle Vet. She brings her love for cats-especially the spunky ones-and her experience as a devoted Chihuahua mom to her role, ensuring every client feels welcomed. When she’s not answering phones or cuddling nervous patients, Makenzi enjoys traveling and spending time with her own furry family.
Kelly
Veterinary Team MemberKelly has been working in veterinary medicine for 20 years and has lived in Cincinnati for 16 years after being born and raised in Michigan. She shares her home with her husband, two cats—Zazu and Nala—and two dogs—Phoenix and Viper—as well as a 25-year-old stepson.
Kelly has a large extended family, including one younger sister and 12 nieces and nephews. She enjoys camping, watching sports, and spending time with her friends and family.
Grace
Veterinary Team MemberGrace is a proud mom to two boys and a loving pet owner to three dogs—Willow, Ellie, and Gypsy—and a cat named Princess Peach.
Her family enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and going on adventures together.
Skylee
Veterinary AssistantSkylee graduated from Walnut High School and is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician degree through Penn Foster. Outside of work, she spends her time training as an MMA fighter and hanging out with her pit bull, Griffin.
Maddie
BatherMaddie is the bather at Kyle Vet and has been a dedicated member of the team for nearly six years. She is the proud owner of three dogs: a terrier mix, an American Bully, and a Lab mix.
With experience caring for both cats and dogs of all sizes and breeds, Maddie is passionate about providing high-quality care. She is committed to continued growth in her career and takes pride in ensuring every pet leaves clean, refreshed, and happy.
Angel
Veterinary TechnicianAngel is a dedicated veterinary technician with nine years of hands-on experience in the field. Animals have always been at the center of her life, and she currently cares for 16 cats and 6 birds of her own.
Before entering veterinary medicine, Angel spent several years breeding birds and fish, gaining valuable knowledge in animal behavior and specialized care. She is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and helping pets live healthier, happier lives while supporting the people who love them.
